I made three of these dresses, because they look more complicated to make than they really are. This is black linen with a bit of sashiko stitching - cool to wear in summer or over a tee shirt when the temperatures go down.

Make pattern

Draw rectangle. Dimensions are: X+Z on one side. Y+ half Z on the other. (No cutting out yet and leave a couple cm (about an inch) of space around your shape.so you can add seam allowances.)
