I made three of these dresses, because they look more complicated to make than they really are. This is black linen with a bit of sashiko stitching - cool to wear in summer or over a tee shirt when the temperatures go down.

6 Stitch double turn hem

Fold up bottom edge by 2 cm. Press. Turn raw edge inward to fold line, so you have a double folded hem 1 cm high. Press again and stitch close to upper fold.
