I made three of these dresses, because they look more complicated to make than they really are. This is black linen with a bit of sashiko stitching - cool to wear in summer or over a tee shirt when the temperatures go down.

Try on and find snap placement

Step into skirt. Thread the tie on left side (as worn) through the hole in right side of bodice. Wrap closed and tie at back. For most the ties are long enough to cross over at back and tie in front, otherwise extending the tie length is a simple matter!
