      <image:title>Gifted - Accessories to sew and give - Requirements</image:title>
<image:caption>You'll need: Rope - Use your preferred thickness, so long as your sewing machine can stitch through it. I used 5mm (1/4") diameter synthetic rope from Bunnings hardware store. This size basket used approx 20 metres (22 yds). Ends of synthetic rope can be easily finished by applying heat, whereas cotton rope has a nicer feel to it but will have to be knotted at ends to prevent unravelling. Sewing machine with zigzag stitch capability Coloured thread for contrast stripes or matching thread to blend in. Any scraps of ribbon you have handy</image:caption>
